Young Thug Issues Public Apology to Mariah The Scientist After Cheating Confession

Young Thug has addressed the ongoing controversy surrounding leaked jail recordings, and now his relationship with Mariah The Scientist is back in the spotlight.

In an audio clip that recently surfaced online, he admits that he cheated on Mariah just before his RICO arrest in 2022. The recording has reignited scrutiny of their relationship amid ongoing drama involving alleged informant accusations and leaked prison calls.

Shortly after the audio began circulating, Young Thug took to social media to publicly apologize to Mariah. He wrote:

“My baby I was wrong and I’m sorry for what I put u through. U deserved better from me. Thank you for everything and I will do anything to make this work. U showed me what love is and I hope I haven’t lost u forever… everybody leave her out of this please she’s an innocent girl and feels bad about all of this. Please give her peace.”

So far, Mariah has not responded publicly to the apology or the resurfaced relationship controversies.

This apology follows Young Thug’s recent interview with Big Bank, where he spoke on a range of topics. Among them were his denial of being an informant, his reaction to Gunna’s plea deal, and his feelings toward others he believes cooperated in the RICO investigations.
