Tracy Chapman, an American award winning song writer and singer born in the middle 60s is a remedy for the wondering soul. She has been consecrated with angelic vocals that echo emotions in dynamic rhythms, and with her amazing stage crafts in session, audience always get carried away in different realms.

No wonder after she crossed roads with her second album, she settled of titling the 3rd one as “Matters of the heart”. Indeed her songs have free license to every heart. If anyone thinks he has full control over his feelings, then it’s simply because he’s yet to experience the magic of Tracy to set his intuition to reality. She speaks to the soul and erupt the body in a motion beyond our consciousness.

Tracy Chapman, who has reigned from the 80s debuted on the global music stream with her album she entitled with her very name ‘Tracy Chapman”. This remarkable maiden piece earned her several honors including performing at the South African legendary warrior Nelson Mandala’s 70th birthday.

The album went on to receive 6 Grammy nominations and won 3 to her credit. She went on to bang in several honors with her subsequent albums which my personal favorite has always been ‘Matters of the heart’ Tracy’s legendary contribution to music is enormous and has granted her a global seat to contribute to the world’s entertainment and inspirational energy with her undiluted art she brought from heavens.
