Burna Boy could land a Grammy tonight. If he does that, he’ll be only the second (fully) Nigerian to win the prestigious music award.
Ahead of the awards, Nigeria and indeed the African continent has stood behind Burna Boy, with everyone (really) proclaiming their support. The African Giant has been in similarly bullish mood, no doubt confident of his chances.
In a recent video, Burna Boy could be seen performing some songs, with the ambience carrying the air of a celebration. It would later be known that the video was at his pre-Grammy show, where he treated some fans to his music.
