Travis Kelce revealed during a special episode of New Heights which of Taylor Swift’s songs he’d pick if he had to select one to listen to for the rest of his life.
Travis and his older brother, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, were recording a Heights Hotline edition of their podcast, which Wondery+ exclusively released on Wednesday, Nov. 27. In the episode, a clip of which a Swift fan account later shared on X, formerly Twitter, Jason posed the fan-submitted question, which drew a quick response from his younger brother—though Travis later added a few back-up answers.
“I mean, ‘Blank Space’ is a song that I’ll always listen to forever,” the Kansas City Chiefs tight end said. “It’s just unbelievable. Everything about it.”
In addition to the hit from Swift’s 2014 album 1989, Travis, 35, listed “a few new ones” that he felt deserved special mentions.

“‘Death by a Thousand Cuts’ is one that I’ve learned to absolutely love,” he said, referring to one of the songs on Swift’s 2019 album Lover. Travis then referenced a Tiny Desk performance of the song that the 14-time Grammy Award winner delivered for NPR Music, adding, “that’s where I think I fell in love with it.”
“The Alchemy” and “So High School,” both newer tracks from Swift’s most recent album The Tortured Poets Department, also earned shout-outs from the NFL star, who added of the latter, “I mean, who doesn’t like the feelings that that gives you.” He concluded his answer with a mention of “cowboy like me” from 2020’s evermore, which he said is “another good one.”
“All good ones,” Jason, 37, agreed. The retired NFL player then offered his own answer to the question. “Everybody knows mine is ‘I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,’” he declared of his favorite song featured on The Tortured Poets Department. “So I’m not even gonna go through all of her incredible hits.”
