Travis Kelce Delights by Singing Taylor Swift’s ‘Bad Blood’
Kelce’s Swiftie side came out in the moment.
Travis Kelce successfully slipped a little Taylor Swift into an otherwise unrelated conversation with a quick performance of “Bad Blood.”
On the newest episode of New Heights, Travis’ podcast with his brother Jason, released on Wednesday, March 20, the two were discussing football players who’ve been traded or signed to new teams in the offseason.
In reference to Kenny Pickett’s move from the Pittsburgh Steelers to Jason’s former team, the Philadelphia Eagles, Travis said that Pickett and the Steelers’ “relationship ended in a little bad blood,” with the last two words sung like Swift does in her hit song of the same name.
The short performance perfectly fit in, and neither brother addressed the smooth reference as they went on. As for why Pickett is experiencing some “bad blood,” Travis said, “Kenny is saying he preferred to move on” to a new team.
Fellow Swifties and New Heights listeners enjoyed the reference, with one even singing along in the comments, writing, “Bad blood, HEY!”
