Tim Burton and Monica Bellucci Make Rare Appearance Together at 64th Globo d’Oro Awards in Rome

Bellucci, who received the Globo d’Oro lifetime achievement award, first confirmed her relationship with Burton in June 2023

Tim Burton and Monica Bellucci are having a glamorous date night!

On Wednesday, July 3, the film director, 65, was pictured at the 64th Globo d’Oro Awards in Rome with Bellucci, 59, who was honored with a lifetime achievement award.

In a rare public appearance, Burton kissed the side of the actress and model’s face as they posed on the red carpet.

Burton wore a black shirt under a matching black jacket, while Bellucci sported dark sunglasses and a stylish sheer long coat.

Appearing to be in good spirits, the pair held hands as they smiled for the cameras.

Bellucci also held her “Premio alla Carriera” award.

The couple’s outing comes after they made their red carpet debut at the Diabolik Chi Sei? premiere during the 18th Rome Film Festival at Auditorium Parco Della Musica in Rome in October 2023.

At the event, the couple was photographed holding hands and Burton also placed his arm behind the Mafia Mamma star’s back.

Bellucci confirmed her relationship with Burton in June 2023.

“What I can say … I’m glad I met the man, first of all,” she told Elle France. “It’s one of those encounters that rarely happens in life … I know the man, I love him, and now I’m going to meet the director, another adventure begins.”

The pair had been working together on Beetlejuice 2 in London at the time, with Burton directing the follow-up to his 1988 horror-comedy film.
