“Everyone knows that my mother is a saintly woman, but she used to say she wished that you were dead,” Swift sang
Taylor Swift and Andrea Swift are once again proving that they are mother-daughter goals!
For the surprise songs portion of the Eras Tour show in London on Saturday, June 22, Swift performed a mashup of Speak Now hit “Mean” and The Tortured Poets Department’s “thanK you aIMee,” which mentions Andrea.
The latter song contains pointed lyrics about Swift’s feud with Kim Kardashian, with Swift, 34, singing, “Everyone knows that my mother is a saintly woman, but she used to say she wished that you were dead.”
As the 14-time Grammy winner delivered the line on the Wembley Stadium stage, a fan who was filming the show from near the VIP friends and family tent turned their camera to show her mom’s sweet reaction.
In the fan-captured footage, audience members near Andrea clap and cheer after the “saintly woman” lyric, and she responds by waving enthusiastically from inside the tent.
