The pop superstar confirmed her method of transport earlier this year following months of speculation
Taylor Swift is giving fans a glimpse inside her much-talked-about Eras Tour “cleaning cart.”
On Wednesday, Dec. 11, Swift, 34, shared a carousel of photos on Instagram from her time onstage after wrapping up her record-breaking $2 billion tour in Vancouver, Canada, on Sunday, Dec. 8.
One of the snaps showed the pop superstar sitting in the cart wearing one of her dazzling Lover set bodysuits, teamed with matching knee-high boots.
The “Fortnight” hitmaker smiled for the camera while sitting on a black chair inside the cart, which transported her to the stage each night, alongside various paintings and signs on the walls. (After months of speculation, Swift confirmed her method of transport in her “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart” music video in August and included a snap of the cart in her Eras Tour book, which was released last month.)
To the left of the singer appeared to be a sign featuring a shoutout to her beloved cats Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson and Benjamin Button in the cart, as well as a framed floral painting of a maneki-neko — known as a lucky cat — and what appears to be a painting of Cardiff Bay in Wales.
Fans on X (formerly known as Twitter) were quick to point out that an image of Cardiff Bay in the cart in Swift’s Eras Tour book was different to the one shown in her Instagram photo, suggesting that she switches up the decor in her cart. Swift performed just one show in the U.K. city, taking to the stage at the Principality Stadium on June 18, her first ever tour stop in Wales.
The musician’s latest carousel of images also featured several snaps of the star onstage, including performing with one of her support acts Gracie Abrams, and plenty of group shots with her dancers.
Captioning the series of snaps with lyrics from her fan-favorite ballad, “All Too Well,” Swift wrote, “It was rare. I was there. I remember it,” ending her post with a red heart emoji.
During Swift’s 152nd and final show on Sunday, the musician made sure to thank fans for being a part of such a special journey.
“I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date — my beloved Eras Tour,” she said in a video shared on X, before launching into the final track “Karma.”
Before that, while delivering her final “Lover” speech of the tour, the musician said, “We have toured the entire world … we have had so many adventures. It has been the most exciting, powerful, electrifying, intense, most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my entire life,” per another video shared by a fan page on X.
“We’ve gotten to perform for over 10 million people on this tour,” Swift added.
