Kelly’s Alleged Captive Says Her Dad Arranged Their Meeting ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #JoycelynSavage, the 21-year-old woman who has been living with #RKelly since she was 19, says that it was her father who brought her to the singer in the first place. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Joycelyn met R. Kelly at a concert 2 years ago and says that it was her father’s plan to live with the singer so that he would help her develop her singing career. In fact, Joycelyn says it was her father who dropped her off at a friend’s house to be driven to R. Kelly’s. Though he knew that his daughter would be mentored in the singer’s home for an “extended period”, what Timothy Savage did not bank on was his daughter living with the singer for over two years. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Joycelyn says its been 5 or 6 months since she’s spoken or seen her family in person. According to her family, she is being held against her will and quite possibly abused. Joycelyn’s father says he is prepared to see R. Kelly in court if the singer attempts to shut him up. – #regrann

As Kelly’s high-profile sexual assault case moves forward, Savage’s parents will meet and cooperate with Federal investigators. TMZ reports that the couple will soon travel to New York to answer questions regarding two separate investigations into Kelly. They may have physical evidence to help secure a conviction, however, what that specific evidence may be has not been made public. According to TMZ, Kelly could be charged for violating the “Mann Act, which prohibits the transportation of minors across state lines for purposes of sex or debauchery.”

The last listed address for Savage was the Trump International Hotel & Tower, a location where Kelly also has a residence. Yet, it isn’t known whether or not Savage lives there.
