Kylie Jenner Dragged For Showing Support To Tory Lanez In New TikTok Videos
Kylie Jenner’s new TikTok videos didn’t sit well with some Internet users. “The Kardashians” star faced backlash online after she was seen showing support to rapper Tory Lanez in the said clips.
Shared on Friday, June 16, the videos saw the mom of two jamming to Tory’s unreleased song while in her car. In one of the videos, the Kylie Cosmetics founder also joined TikTok trend as she used a viral mustache filter while sexily dancing to the song.
Upon catching wind of the footage, Internet users immediately put Kylie on blast. “Kylie Jenner a weird a** b***h,” one person wrote on Twitter. “Wowww she supporting a man that shot a BLACK WOMAN,” someone else tweeted, with another saying, “She sick for this.”
One user even accused Kylie of being an anti-black, saying, “Antiblackness is crazy y’all was quick to crucify megan when she been the culprit the entire time.” Another tweet read, “I really wonder like when you’re THAT rich are you really just that disconnected from reality that u just lack basic common sense….”
One other pointed out that Kylie remained mum about Tory and Megan Thee Stallion’s shooting drama even though it happened after they left a pool party at Kylie’s house in Los Angeles back in 2020. “Everything started at her house and she didn’t say one word backing Meg. Ppl always want to be down until it’s time to be down,” the person said.
However, some others defended Kylie. “What a reach! This song is currently viral on tiktok. Everyone’s using the sound. People need to touch grass,” one fan stressed. “Black people love to play victim and the race card. Her man and kids are literally black. She can listen to whoever she wants. Some of yall commenting are still listening to Tory!” another added.
“A lot of people still listen to Tory. Y’all seem to be the wierd ones to care about it so much,” someone said. “Leave this damn girl ALONE! Put this much effort into BLACK COMMUNITIES! Like DETROIT, NYC! Give them, that much energy!” another urged.
