If the rapper stays out of trouble, all charges will be removed from the record.
TMZ has obtained documents that show the terms of Jones’ plea which state that he was sentenced to two years probation and a $1,500 fine, plus minor court fees. The publication reports that three of Jones’ six charges were dropped and the remaining three charges will be wiped clean if the rapper can stay out of trouble during his probationary period. The conditions are that Jones cannot drink or do drugs, or be caught with either, while on probation. He’ll also have to report to a probation officer in Georgia.
