The actress stunned in the wintry look at a London screening of ‘Unstoppable’
Leave it to Jennifer Lopez to prove that winter dressing can still be sexy.
On Tuesday, Nov. 5, the singer and actress, 55, attended a special screening of her new film Unstoppable at London’s Cineworld Leicester Square. Despite fall still being in full swing, Lopez summoned the chillier months by wearing a figure-hugging white halter dress and matching winter coat.
The gown featured semi-sheer fabric and a chunky turtleneck. As a cozy addition, she wore a fuzzy white coat for some of the red carpet photos. Her accessories included white pointed-toe pumps and a clutch.
The star’s hair was swept back into an effortless updo and her makeup was simple and natural.
Unstoppable follows the real-life story of wrestler Anthony Robles, who was born with one leg and won a NCAA national championship in 2011 for Arizona State University. Lopez plays Robles’ mother, Judy.
Over the weekend, Lopez was spotted in New York City wearing a similarly wintry ensemble.
While attending a Q&A and screening event for Unstoppable, the “Get Right” singer wore a cozy caramel brown Gucci wool cardigan with a bedazzled neckline and matching micro shorts. Gray versions of her buttoned sweater and shorts are available to shop for $4,300 and $579 on Mytheresa and Farfetch respectively.
She teamed the sexy look with a brown turtleneck and a pair of chocolate brown knee-high, stiletto Saint Laurent boots priced at a cool $1,950. To accessorize, the Atlas star wore a brown purse thrown over her shoulder as well as tan gloves.
Lopez has been on a fashion kick this fall. In October, she rocked three different looks — from casual to glam — while attending the AFI Fest in Los Angeles. She first appeared in a pink, micro-mini Numero Ventuno bubble skirt, white collared shirt and an oversize white jacket, also from the Italian label.
