The 2019 Golden Movie Awards was held Saturday night (August 24) at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.
This 5th edition of the Golden Movie Awards features movies across five African countries namely Ghana, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon and new entrant being Morocco.
The event, as expected, was attended by the biggest celebrities in Ghana, icluding Jackie Appiah, Nadia Buari, Joselyn Dumas, Martha Ankomah, Beverly Afaglo, David Osei, Christabel Ekeh, Gloria Osei Sarfo, Kofi Adjorlolo, Zynnell Zuh and many others.
Actress Lilian Esoro was one of the few popular Nigerian celebrities spotted at the movie awards.
