Fire has ripped through one of the top floor offices of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Head Office Annex at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle area, Sunday.
Eye witness reported that a black smoke began to fill the atmosphere this Sunday morning around 9:00 AM before the raging flames became visible.
