Kaya Jones had to “get rid of” baby during her time in The Pussycat Dolls. More than 18 years after leaving the girl group founded by choreographer Robin Antin, the 38-year-old singer appeared on “Tucker Carlson Today” with a bombshell confession about what she had to do to still be a part of the girl group.

In the Monday, April 10 episode of the Fox Nation show, the group’s former member recounted the pressure she got to keep her position. “A majority of the women do not have children. I mean, that’s the pressures and the forcing abortions. And, you know, you’re fired if you’re pregnant,” she began to spill.

When host Tucker Carlson asked if members could really be expelled for being pregnant, Kaya replied, “They can do that. I was told to get rid of it.” Pressed to spill who was behind it, the songstress, who claimed the incident took place when she was only 19, simply stated, “The powers that be.”

Kaya’s revelation prompted Tucker to comment that what she went through “seems like slavery.” As a response, the singer explained, “Well, that’s why I used words like trafficked or prostitution ring – Not because we were actually one, but because it felt like that.”

“It felt like we were slaves to… the evil that runs this planet. You know, I don’t think it’s a group of people, per se. I think evil runs rampant when we don’t do anything about it. And as Christians, we need to do something about it,” she further elaborated. As for the abortion she had to do while being a part of the group, she confessed, “I went and got rid of it in-between rehearsals.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Kaya revealed that she also had an abortion when she was 16. Claiming she did not “know any better,” she went on to say, “That was a poor choice then. Now, being in the height of this position and my job and really not wanting to lose my job, I was told.”

This was not the first time Kaya candidly spoke about her time with the Pussycat Dolls. Back in 2017, she tweeted, “My truth. I wasn’t in a girl group. I was in a prostitution ring. Oh & we happened to sing & be famous. While everyone who owned us made the $.”

At the time, the group’s founder Robin did not hesitate in slamming Kaya’s remark that likened the group to “prostitution ring.” The choreographer told The Blast that it was “disgusting, ridiculous lies.” She further said Kaya was “clearly looking for her 15 minutes.”
