The public perception about artiste managers in Ghana is that they are not only sweeping money but are also enjoying the apple found between the legs of females especially their signed female acts.
It could be recalled that Bulldog has asserted severally that, “If you want to manage a female artiste successfully, you have to be in a relationship; an emotional relationship and a sexual relationship with the artiste.”
But to the best knowledge of Ms Forson who’s being signed onto Black Avenue Musik which is being managed by D Black, her boss doesn’t sleep with his female signed artistes including herself. Ms Forson made the revelation in an interview with Kwame Oboadie, host of After Hours on Adom Tv.
She reiterated that some artiste managers do that, but for her current boss – D Black – he’s blameless of this artist managerial anomaly. She added that D Black has never made any advancement on her since joining his record label.
