Cassper on SA music industry – “We’ll never catch up”

Cassper Nyovest speaks of South Africa music industry after a fan briefed him on Nigeria’s international success.

Getting recognized internationally is most artists dreams but Cassper sensed a divided spirit within the industry and concluded that SA music industry can’t catch up with the international deals and success Nigerian super stars, Davido and Wizkid have achieved.

“Too much petty bullshit in SA to grow. Niggas can’t even collaborate on songs. Niggas want to prove how far they will go alone. We’ll never catch up. It’s gonna be certain individuals maybe mara as a collective. Ive given up.” Cas tweeted.
