Ever since Cardi B stepped on the music scene back in 2017 with her debut album, Invasion of Privacy, she has made no bones about the life that she used to live as an affiliate of a renowned gang known throughout the world as the bloods. It is not entirely known whether or not she still associates with the street gang, but the New York native put her love for the color red on full display yesterday when she showed off a brand new hairstyle on Instagram.

In a post that went viral in less than 24 hours, Cardi B shared photos of herself sporting long red hair that had some very distinctive black and white patterns on it. The hairstyle’s resemblance to a red bandana is so uncanny that at first glance, it actually looks like she’s wearing a large red handkerchief over her head.
The 29-year-old’s post was accompanied by the following caption, “If it’s up then it’s up, leave it at the top…TOUCH THE GROUND SOON!! Who ready to geek?”
