Boosie Badazz has requested the services of Diddy and Yung Miami for a music video for a new song he named after the power couple.
In a video posted on Instagram on Monday (January 9), the Baton Rouge rapper publicly asked the Bad Boy boss and City Girls star to not only star in the video, but to film it.
Boosie, who explained he had lost Puff’s phone number and was mistakenly calling Pleasure P from Pretty Ricky while trying to get in touch with him, even offered the couple a cut of the profits as a financial incentive.
“Diddy, I need you to hit me up, bro. I can’t find your number in my new phone,” he said. “I got this record named ‘Diddy & Caresha,’ and I need y’all to shoot the video for it. I’m not in the video at all.”
He continued: “I just need y’all to shoot some shit on a yacht or whatever, y’all lifestyle. I’ma send a camera crew, and I’ma give you 20 percent of the record. I know you about your business. I thought about it, and y’all gotta shoot this muthafucka. Get at me, man.”
In the next slide, Boosie previewed the track in question, which finds him floating over a smooth R&B-tinged beat and telling his woman to dance with him on the chorus.

The request comes after Diddy and Yung Miami were spotted spending the first few days of 2023 together on the Caribbean island of St. Barts. The pair were photographed riding through the streets on a dirt bike on New Year’s Eve.
“Idc if we on the run baby long as I’m next to you,” Miami wrote on Instagram, paying homage to JAY-Z and Beyoncé’s “Part II (On the Run)” collaboration.
The City Girls rapper also posted another picture of her and Diddy ringing in the new year together. “Another 365 days around the world with you,” she wrote in the caption.
The couple previously spent Thanksgiving together by serving thousands of meals to people in need in Caresha’s hometown of Miami, Florida. The couple helped serve up over 3,000 Thanksgiving turkey dinners alongside Diddy’s daughters, as well as Yung Miami’s son.
Their relationship hasn’t come without controversy, though, especially after Puff welcomed a child with another woman last year. Yung Miami was branded a “side chick” by some following the baby news, but she made sure to shut down the naysayers.
“People think that I’m, like, a side chick and he just do whatever he want and I’m just head over heels. No, it go both ways,” she said during an interview with Hip-Hop Enterprise last month. “Ain’t nothing one-sided over here.”
