Are you comfortable with your healthy life choices?
Are you comfortable with your healthy life choices? – This my schedule during most days of my week. I go to gym 4 days a week and the rest of the days i go for football practice with my university team.( I play centre back if anyone is interested and I sometimes coach the team as well).
Am I comfortable with my healthy life choices.? Completely. I lost a ton of weight (almost 20kgs) once i started working out and started following a diet, tracking my macros and so on. I am one of the best players in my university football team. So, athletically i am good. I have no illness nor m i tired constantly. My work life/personal life is sort of balanced as well.
My routine goes on like this:
0800: wake up, brush, green tea
0930: breakfast- Usually 5 egg whites+ 1 whole egg+ 4 whole wheat bread, shower, get ready to go to lab
1030: Drive to institute/lab (PhD student physics)
1045–1100: Reach lab
1100: call my lab/research partner
1130: Discuss what to do next in our work
1130–1300: Research work- synthesis of some material/conduct experiments/ write paper
1300–1310: Lunch- Usually rice+chicken breast+ veggies. ( i eat very fast)
1310–1730- Research work continuation, maybe meet my guide for some signature or approval or for discussing new results
1730- Drive back home
1750–1800- Reach home. Drink black coffee. Eat a lot. Depends on my body building goals what i eat during that time.
1830–2000- Teach science/maths to tenth grade students.
2000- Take a whey shake
2030- Go to gym
2200- Reach home, take a shake
2230- Dinner/post workout meal (rice/fish/chicken)
2240- watch youtube videos, catch up on tv series, quora, continue paper writing, chat with mom and so on.
0100- Sleep.
