Andy of mentor fame sues Lil Win for song theft

Andy of TV3 Mentor fame has sued Kumawood actor Lil Win for song theft and other related issues.

According to Andy who explained the whole situation to Sammy Flex on Zylofon FM, it all started last year when he held a press briefing to explain that comic actor Lil Win was promoting a song they had done together but belongs to him titled “Ayeyi”.

He went on to reveal that the initial idea was for him (Andy) to write a song for both of them to sign so he Lil Win could sign him to his Boss Nation label.

He went on to say that after his press statement, Lil Win was called to explain his side of the story but he diverted the question and started accusing him Andy of other things including being a weed smoker.

Andy went on to say that he gave Lil Win time to rather respond to the song stealing allegation but he always talks about something different and in the end insults him(Andy) in interviews.

He added that during one of such interviews, Lil Win asked him to go to court if he doesn’t understand he has taken his song and that is exactly what he has done by suing him for song theft.

Listen to the interview below:

Lil Win who spoke off air after the interview with Andy made it clear that he has not received any letter of summoning from any court but Andy stood on his ground that the letter was personally handed over to Lil Win.
