American Ninja Warrior Host Matt Iseman on Finding Love After 50: ‘I Waited to Find the Right Woman, and I Found Her’

The American Ninja Warrior host, 54, opened up about waiting to find the love of his life before he finally said “I do” during an appearance on the June 4 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show.

“This is my first marriage. I’m in my 50s. I waited to find the right woman, and I found her,” he said while discussing his wedding to his wife, Britton All, in September 2024.

Iseman also revealed that his wife came down the aisle singing “This Is Me” from The Greatest Showman, a song he said is the “one song” that always perks her up.

“I convinced her to do it,” he said, jokingly calling All “a very shy Southern woman.”

“We wanted the wedding to be about us and be unique to us,” Iseman said.

The former doctor said while his wife was belting out the lyrics he was “air-drumming” and their officiant even got in on the fun.

“And then it’s like, ‘Now we pronounce you man and wife,'” he laughed.

Iseman also revealed he’s helped convince All, who is a criminal defense attorney, try her hand at stand-up comedy — something he said he’s been doing for 25 years.

“My wife is so much funnier than I am. She’s an attorney, she’s naturally in front of audiences. I’m like, ‘You’ve got to do stand-up,'” he said. “So she’s starting to do it and my plan is she’s gonna get famous, I’m gonna retire, I’m gonna be like like a real househusband.”

He added, “I’m gonna sit on the couch sipping chardonnay watching [The Kelly Clarkson Show] like, ‘I used to be on that show.'”

Aside from being excited he’s found “the one,” Iseman said he’s excited for the new season of American Ninja Warrior, which premiered June 2, saying he and co-host Akbar Gbaja-Biamila agree it’s “the best season we’ve ever done.”

Iseman teased “unpredictable” races and some “incredible upsets” as the show heads into its 17th season.
