A$AP Rocky Gets Gucci Logo Braided Into His Hair
A$AP Rocky has a knack for making headlines with his fashion choices, and his latest head-turning moment involves his signature braids.
The Harlem rapper attended Gucci’s Fall/Winter 2023 show during Milan Fashion Week on Friday (February 24), where he debuted his new look.
After being unveiled as one of the faces of the Italian luxury fashion house’s new campaign for its Guilty fragrance line, Pretty Flacko pledged his allegiance to the brand by getting its logo woven into his braids.
Photos from the event showed the “Fashion Killa” hitmaker pointing to the “G” logo etched into the hair on his scalp, as well as the left side of his head.

Meanwhile, A$AP Rocky rubbed shoulders with the likes of actress Salma Hayek and Gucci’s president and CEO Marco Bizzarri while rocking wide-legged trousers and an oversized pinstripe jacket, paired with a crisp white shirt and classic black tie.
The A$AP Mob leader was unveiled was one of the faces of Gucci’s Guilty campaign on Wednesday (February 22) alongside actors Julia Garner (Ozark, Inventing Anna) and Elliot Page (Juno, The Umbrella Academy).
The campaign for the best-selling fragrance, which hits shelves on March 1, was shot by photographer Glen Luchford and finds Rocky posing in a blouse with a large flower brooch.
The photos “personify an ode to self-acceptance, friendship and love in all its forms through a story of tenderness, imagination and curiosity,” the company said in a statement.
The 34-year-old previously fronted Gucci’s tailoring campaign in 2020, starring in a groovy promotional video alongside Tyler, The Creator and Iggy Pop.
A$AP Rocky’s latest move in the fashion world comes ahead of what’s shaping up to be a busy year, both professionally and personally.
Earlier this month, it was revealed the rapper is expecting his second child with Rihanna, who debuted her baby bump during her comeback performance at the Super Bowl LVII halftime show. The power couple welcomed their first child, a son, in May 2022.
On the music side, Rocky recently announced that his long-awaited new album — tentatively titled Don’t Be Dumb — is “finished” and coming soon.
“It’s coming for sure,” he told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe in January. “The new stuff is me being vulnerable, and it’s just no filter and just where I’m at, at my stage. My age and how I see things, my peers, the younger kids, the older cats, it’s just my perspective.”
Rocky released the first single, “Same Problems?” featuring Miguel and Lil Yachty, last month, with Tyler, The Creator, Metro Boomin and Thundercat among those also set to appear on the forthcoming project.
