Beautiful Ghanaian actress, producer, philanthropist and the CEO of Jabneel Impact, Selassie Ibrahim recently travelled to the Volta region, HO to be precise to give back to society. She stated at the launch of the organization that they plan to train about 103 people which include widows and orphans in dressmaking, makeup, hairdressing, bakery and other vocational services.
Selassie Ibrahim stressed that her Jabneel Impact charity organisation is not politically inspired.
The Smartty’s Production boss speaking during a visit to the Ho west municipality DCE made it known that she’s always had the love to help her people back home so launching Jabneel Impact in Ho is not NDC or NPP inspired so shouldn’t be associated with any of them.
In a post on her Instagram page, she wrote;
Back to my roots. It’s always an awesome feeling to put smiles on peoples faces. Giving back to society what God and society have blessed me with is so fulfilling. I wouldn’t have it any other way. You don’t need to have so much to help someone, a little gesture can go a really long way. JABNEEL IMPACT is all about impacting lives.
She collaborated with her colleague actors to make the event a success. Nadia Buari displayed her dancing skills, while Kalybos, James Gardiner, Roselyn Ngissah, Vicky Zugah among others helped with the presentation of the awards to deserving participants.
