X’s legacy lives on.

Gekyume Onfroy will never meet his father, the late rapper XXXTentacion, but he is starting to resemble his pops. Gekyume was born on January 26, 2019, nearly seven months after his father was murdered and just three days after X’s birthday. Although X was one of the most polarizing rappers in the current generation of artists, his passing sent shockwaves throughout the industry. His fans are still mourning his death, yet Gekyume is the bright spot in all of the controversy. Adorable as can be, young Gekyume is beginning to take on his father’s facial features, and these new photos prove it.Two pictures of baby Gekyume made their way online, and his resemblance to X is uncanny. His charming smirk and captivating eyes make him a young lady’s man already.  When Gekyume was born, fans struggled to find the meaning, and pronunciation, of his name. Jenesis Sanchez, Gekyume’s mother, explained, “Gekyume means different state or universe of thought. And yes, Jahseh did pick out this name before he passed away. He also had a name for a girl.” Xiorra would have been the child’s name it was a female. Check out the new pictures of baby Gekyume below.
