Wiz makes boss moves.
While tons of upcoming talent moves closer to the city of Los Angeles, those with real money are moving to the outskirts. As reported by TMZ, Wiz Khalifa just dropped $3.2 million on a new home in Encino, CA. Encino sits in the southern part of the valley, and is northwest of Los Angles proper. It borders Tarzana, Sherman Oaks, and most notably, Bel Air. Wiz closed on the new mansion on Wednesday. The two-story estate comes with four bedrooms suites, a waterfall island outside, floating stairs, a movie theater, floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors, a 100-bottle wine bar, and a gorgeous master suite with its own fireplace. The “smart home” is also surrounded by cameras for those pesky celebrity thieves that have been creeping around.

Khalifa had a lively 2018. He dropped off Rolling Papers 2 in August, and it debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 chart. The highly anticipated project satiated his fans, and put Wiz’s name back at the top of the conversation. The talented rapper also spent the year bulking up while training in Muay Thai.
