Uncle Of 2Pac’s Alleged Killer Responds To Claims He’s Being Arrested For The 1996 Murder

Former head of Death Row Records security, Reggie Wright Jr., suggested Keefe D was going to be arrested for 2Pac’s murder in the near future. While speaking to Bomb1st earlier this month, Wright said, “Let’s put it this way, I bet Keefe D [has] been having the runs for the last two weeks. Because yeah, they are knocking on doors and there’s some activity.”

But the uncle of Orlando Anderson — the primary suspect in the 1996 slaying — doesn’t seem too concerned. In another sit-down with The Art Of Dialogue, Keefe D was asked if he would be arrested and charged for the murder, to which he answered, “Not that I know of. Unless he the U.S. fucking attorney or something. I don’t know, this dude obsessed with me. What the fuck, know what I’m saying?”

“I said I wasn’t gonna ever bring his name up again. He did that bullshit phone call. Like a tap line or something, ‘this is recorded,’ and he didn’t let me hear the shit. I should sue him and that fucking RJ Bond. That dude obsessed with me. He act like he wanna give me some head or something I don’t know what the fuck is wrong with him. He need to leave me the fuck alone.”

During another interview with The Art Of Dialogue last year, Keefe D copped to being an accomplice and in the car when Anderson allegedly fired the fatal shots. Former Los Angeles Police Department detective Greg Kading finds it “unfathomable” Keefe D hasn’t been arrested.

“There is adequate probable cause to arrest Keefe D on conspiracy to commit murder charges, based on his numerous public confessions,” he told The Sun. “It would then be a decision of the District Attorney’s office to determine if the evidence is strong enough for prosecution. The police department can absolve itself from their responsibilities by arresting Keefe D and putting the responsibility on the DA, where it belongs.”

He added, “He’s making a mockery out of the justice system and the public perception is that Tupac’s murder case is of little interest to the LVPD. The optics on it are horrible. For history’s sake and for the sake of their own reputation, they ought to arrest Keefe D, clear the murder case and place the burden of responsibility onto the shoulders of the DA’s office. It’s that simple.”

The Las Vegas Police Department has yet to make any kind of official statement indicating they are looking to take Keefe D into custody.
