Two suspects have allegedly been arrested following the fatal shooting at Yo Gotti’s restaurant. According to a new report, police had two suspects who were linked to the Wednesday, March 29 gunfire outside Prive restaurant in Memphis in custody as of Thursday, March 30.

Local news station WREG News Channel 3 reported that one of the suspects faces a first-degree murder charge, while the other faces a criminal attempted murder and aggravated robbery charges.

The report went on noting that police believe two deceased victims at the shooting were targeted, and five others who were injured were all innocent bystanders. Authorities have not released the identities of the victims and suspects because it’s still an active investigation.

Meanwhile, Gossip of the City has released an alleged booking record of one of the suspects. The screenshot, which is redacted to hide the name of the man, says that he’s charged for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and first-degree murder.

As reported before, the deadly shooting erupted at a Tennessee restaurant owned by Gotti on Wednesday night, shortly after it closed, following an altercation inside the restaurant. When officers arrived, two male victims were found on the scene. One was pronounced dead in the parking lot and the other was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

Words later swirled on the Internet that one of the victims killed in the incident was the boyfriend of the rapper’s sister Robin Mims. It’s said that the gunfire was sparked by a dispute between Robin’s ex-boyfriend and her current boyfriend Mame Mane.

Another victim is reportedly a man who goes by the alias Roc. It’s claimed that Robin’s ex-boyfriend was firing shots at a group of people and killing her current boyfriend. Neither Gotti nor Robin has personally spoken up on the shooting.

Meanwhile, Arthur Horne, the owners’ lawyer, said in a statement following the shooting, “On behalf of Prive, they’ve been in business for 10 years, and nothing like this has ever happened at their establishment.” Arthur claimed the altercation occurred in the parking lot, not inside the restaurant as stated by authorities.

“It happened out in the parking lot, and it ended up in a shootout,” he said on Thursday. “Nothing happened inside the restaurant. Despite any conflicting reports, they were closing, and this happened at the end of the evening in the parking lot.” The owners also extended their condolences to the families of the victims.
