‘Those Bashing Stonebwoy For His ’40yrs Comment’ Are Shallow Minded’- Pastor (+Video)
A Ghanaian pastor called Evangelist Abraham Amoateng has waded into Stonebwoy’s infamous ’40yrs comment’ which has earned him several criticism from all quarters.
The pastor came for the head of those Stonebwoy’s critics, saying they lack deep knowledge to interpret the core message in the comment.
He went ahead to explain the number 40 and what it stands for, he said it’s a just a long period of time which includes a trial moment, a probation period, chastisement and suffering period.
The comment Stonebwoy made is not just a mere comment, it’s a prophecy he made on his destiny to God that it will take Ghana a long time to get his kind because he has suffered and has been through a lot to build his brand which he is using to promote his nation Internationally but we (Ghanaians) are failing to see him as a national asset” he revealed.
Stonebwoy caused a stir recently when he blurted out that it will take Ghana 40 years before any artist can chalk the feat that Sarkodie, Shatta Wale and himself have chalked.
He made this controversial statement during his performance at the 2019 MTN 4Syte Music Video Awards.
The comment has since drawn several criticisms from musicians and other industry players.
