Stay away from me – Tonto Dikeh’s ex-husband Olakunle subtly replies her after she rejected a reconciliation
“How I wish you and Daddy King can forget your difference and reunite again” – that was the prayer of Tonto Dikeh’s fan two days ago which the actress rejected and described as “evil wishes”.
She mentioned that although the fan means well for her, a reunion was impossible.
“MAY GOD FORBID SUCH A PRAYER IJN,” she retorted. “Thanks for the evil wishes… You can reserve the prayer to be a prosperous New Year sir! Thank you”.
Well, Olakunle Churchill, the former husband of Tonto Dikeh seems to have responded to actress’ remarks and it’s interesting how he put it.
Although he maintains his love for someone he’s loved is still intact, the fellow, he says, should stay away from him.
“I don’t carry any hate in my heart. If I loved you before, I still got love for you. Stay away from me though…” he wrote.
Tonto Dikeh and Olakunle Churchill tied the knot in August 2015 but the marriage hit the rocks only two years after.
Churchill and Tonto met at Escape Nightclub in Lagos during the birthday party of the former’s brother. Six months later, the actress got pregnant for Churchill.
A glamorous traditional marriage was held on August 29, 2015 at Tonto’s hometown Rumukani in Rumukwuta, Rivers State but the marriage did not last as Churchill in company of his uncle, Bishop Dare, met with Tonto‘s father, Sunny Dikeh, in Port Harcourt in June 2017 to retrieve the bride price.
In February last year, Tonto in an interview with Saturday Sun alleged that Churchill was married to someone else all through the time they were married.
In fact, during the interview, she mentioned that she was not ready to talk about her ex-husband.
“If you want to talk about me and my ex-husband that’s different but I will not even glorify that because he’s eating off my energy and my stardom and I don’t want that anymore,” she said. “I don’t even think I was ever married because he was married to someone else while I was married to him.”
