Actress Damilola Adegbite has sent out a memo to the man she would accept to marry – he should start saving, for the “bride price list will be very very long.”

The 33-year-old divorcee made this comment on Instagram when she shared cute pictures of herself.

Damilola and Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh got married in Accra, Ghana on February 14, 2015.

However, in September 2017, there were rumours the marriage had hit the rocks after she deleted her husband’s surname from her social media accounts. It did not end there. She unfollowed Attoh on Instagram, deleting all photos of him from her social media accounts.

Both later confirmed they had divorced.

In an interview with Punchng.com in December 2018, Damilola noted that even though she is not ready to marry again, she won’t repeat the mistakes she made should she decide to marry.

In the said interview, the Nollywood star suggested that Attoh was not a man.

She said: “I will be looking out for a man; he has to be a man (in the real sense of the word)”.

Meanwhile, there are reports Attoh’s marriage to Bettie Jenifer has crashed as he has removed all her photos from his social media pages.

The actor married Bettie Jenifer on October 6, 2018 at a private ceremony in North Kaneshie, a suburb of Accra after parting ways with Damilola.
