Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has revealed the reason why he named his yet to be launched an album, ‘Wonder Boy’.
This was after he released the tracklist for the album on October 11.
Speaking in an interview with Patrick Osei-Agyeman, popularly known as Countryman Songo on Adom TV’s ‘Fire for Fire’, Friday, Shatta Wale explained that the album was inspired by past experiences.
“My past experiences, my hard times and terrible situations I have been faced with makes me feel that God has been wonderful to my life,” he said.
He added that “God has been good to me, people have said a whole lot against me and the fact that I was locked up in a police cell in my line of work.
“People who don’t even know me say bad things about me but in all, God is always good to me and that has the inspiration behind the name of my ‘Wonder Boy’ album.”
Advising his fans, he urged that “whatever situation you are going through, you should always know that God is the ultimate winner in all things and he will work wonder in your life.”
