Scarlett Johansson Reveals Son Cosmo Is a Chappell Roan Fan – Scarlett Johansson is sharing rare comments about her son. While speaking with MTV UK at the London premiere of Jurassic World Rebirth on Tuesday, June 17, the actress, 40, gave an update on her and husband Colin Jost’s son Cosmo, 3. She shared that the toddler is currently constantly singing Chappell Roan’s hit song “HOT TO GO!”
“I mean, my son’s favorite Chappell song is H-O-T T-O G-O, ‘HOT TO GO!,’ ” Johansson told the outlet. “And I don’t know if it’s my favorite, but because he sings it, it has become my favorite.”

In addition to her son with Jost, the Avengers star is a mom to daughter Rose Dorothy with ex-husband Romain Dauriac. Johansson spoke to InStyle for their March cover story and opened up about her choice to keep her kids out of the public eye.
“But if anyone knows me, I definitely over-share. I’m not a closed book, you know?” Johansson began. “I’m politically active and vocal about it. But I am a private person in the sense that I value my close friendships. My family is very precious to me, as is their privacy.”
“The anonymity of my children is very precious to me. I was talking to my daughter the other day, because she said, ‘Oh, I would love to make videos for The Outset,’ ” the actress went on. “She was like, ‘Why can’t I?’ And I said, ‘Well, other than the fact that you’re 10…’ “
Johansson went on to say that the idea of celebrity seems nice, but noted that it’s a big weight to carry.
“The thing about being a public figure is that the idea of being recognizable and celebrated feels fun, but then you can never stuff it back in the bottle,” she explained. “The reality of it is, there’s a massive loss to that, you know? So I think preserving that for as long as possible until it’s someone’s choice, that’s the choice I make as far as my kids go.”

In September 2024, Jost, 42, spoke with E! News ahead of the premiere of his comedy special Colin Jost & Michael Che Present: New York After Dark, opening up about his family life at home with wife. During the conversation, he shared how Cosmo has been connecting with his sister Rose.
“The two of them spent a lot of time together this summer, which was nice for them,” Jost said of Cosmo and Rose at the time. “She’s a very nice, loving sister.”
“Normally she’s got her own life,” he joked, “but this time she was forced to stay with him for a lot of time, and they got along really well.”
