Rudeboy explains why he refused to discuss P-Square feud
Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, aka Rudeboy, has declined to comment on the ongoing dispute between him and his twin brother Peter Okoye.
In an interview on the Afrobeats Podcast, Rudeboy expressed frustration and reluctance to comment on the feud, citing concerns that his words would be twisted and misinterpreted.
When asked about his personal feelings on the matter, the Nigerian music icon stated: ‘I’m going to say something and I’m sorry. I know it’s a show but I’d rather not say anything. I’m tired of this twisting of statements; you’re a fan of Psquare and it’s my family. So why would I say something now that would turn into something else? Let’s stick to the Rudeboy.”
This decision follows his announcement about their latest split on August 1, 2024 where he revealed that Peter had reported him and their elder brother, Jude Okoye to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
