Mavin Records artiste Rema has revealed his inspiration for his hit songs ‘Why’ and ‘Boulevard’.
The rapper who is currently topping charts in Nigeria with his new “Rema EP” stated in a Twitter post that he made the two songs for a certain lady.
According to the young artiste, the lady whose name he did not mention rejected him when he was poor and things were not going on well in his life.
He wrote:
“I sang ‘WHY’ and ‘BOULEVARD’ for the same girl. She rejected me when life was hard.”
