CEO of Lynx entertainment Richie Mensah who is noted in the music industry for bringing more hitmakers into the limelight has explained why he doesn’t promise artiste under his label cars and houses as other music label does.

According to Richie who is also vying for the position of Vice-president of MUSIGA explained that signing an artist with a lot of luxury will make the artist ends up performing poorly.

Say, signing an act and giving him or her the best of the latest car, the artist will feel he has to do more and whenever expectations are more, failure will take its course. He said in an interview on Radio Central with Amansan Krakye.

He went on to say that if new artistes are signed to a label, the label must make sure it doesn’t promise them any luxury life that alone would make the artistes give their all in making them successful and get them all the luxury they dream off.

Richie has helped bring more artiste who had hit songs than any other label.

The likes of Asem, OJ Blaq, Irene Logan, Eazzy, Zigi, Jayla, MzVee and the current hitmakers Kuami Eugene, KiDi and Dope Nation are all products of Richie’s Lynx entertainment.
