Ghanaian rapper, Pappy Kojo is surprised with Charterhouse the organizers of Ghana Music Awards for not nominating his ‘Balance’ hit song.

Taking to Instagram to spew his displeasure about this happening out, the ‘Too Raw’ hitmaker wrote:

“VGMA snubbed Balance , is it because I Dey drink corona ? Is it a way to say me tw3 ? Do u agree with them ?”

Aside from this, some musicians have complained that their songs featuring Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy weren’t nominated for this year’s award just because both artistes are on indefinite suspension.

But in an interview with Caleb Nii Boye on Live FM, the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Charterhouse, Robert Klah said otherwise.

According to him, it is not entirely true that such songs were snubbed because it featured these musicians who are serving a ban.

The Charterhouse PRO asserted that maybe such songs were not in the best capacity to be nominated after the power rank of songs was done by the board.

He emphasized that songs that directly do not belong to Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy will not be affected by the ban.
