‘Obrafour Helped Me When I Was Broke’ – Reggie Rockstone Reveals

The man credited with pioneering the Hiplife genre, Reginald Osei aka Reggie Rockstone has said in a new interview that apart from the fact that Obrafour is a great rapper, he has good personality too. Reggie claimed there was a time he was so broke that Obrafour came to his rescue with some money and he was so grateful.

The VVIP member revealed this during in an exclusive interview with Asaasewura Kwabena Santana on Showbiz Center on Benya FM in Cape Coast.

“I want to share this story about myself and Obrafuor, you know what, I got broke at a point in my career and Obrafuor dashed me an Envelope (Cash), just because I started a movement (hip life) which he was also making life from, that guy really saved me”, revealed.

Obrafour is considered by majority of Ghanaians to be the greatest GH rapper of all time. His maiden album, ‘Pae Mu Ka’ has hit 20-years this year and there have been series of activities lined up for a grand celebration in November.
