Highlife musician, Kwaisey Pee, has referred to MUSIGA president, Bice Osei Kuffuor popularly known as Obour as selfish, who occupied the office for his own interest.
According to Kwesey Pee, the MUSIGA president has not done any significant thing for the music industry in his eight years in office.
“He went to occupy the office for his own business. There are some musicians on the streets who are struggling with what they’ll even eat.
“Obour is OK, he can decide not to work or do anything for the rest of his life [he won’t lack anything],” Kwaisey Pee said on Atinka TV Saturday.
The Mehia odo hit maker lamented that Obour has not in any way made sure he will leave a legacy as president of MUSIGA.
Kwaisey Pee also criticised Mr Kuffour for his comment on the indefinite banning of Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy from participating in future VGMAs.
The MUSIGA president in the wake of the banning of the two dancehall artistes commented that they deserved the punishment, adding that their banning will not affect the music industry in any way.
According to Kwaisey Pee, a leader should not make such statements.
“If any leader speaks like that then it means there’s something wrong with his head,” he stated.
