Nicki Minaj, Ice Spice, Lizzo, and other well-known artists have been invited by the Barbie movie’s executive music producer, Mark Ronson, to appear on the upcoming film’s soundtrack.

Rolling Stone reported on Thursday (May 26) that the complete line-up for the Greta Gerwig-led film has finally been released.

Aside from Nicki, Ice, and Lizzo, Barbie: The Album is expected to boast features from big names like Charli XCX, Dua Lipa, Kali, Khalid, PinkPantheress, Ryan Gosling, Tame Impala, and the Kid LAROI.

The publication shared the news in a recent Instagram post, featuring a picture of Barbie herself enjoying a newspaper.

According to the post there are more features or “Barbies and Kens” to be announced, but no further information or names have been given.

The movie and its accompanying OST are scheduled to arrive July 21. The film’s star-studded cast includes Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, Simu Liu, Issa Rae, and more.

In the film’s most recent trailer, a more detailed description of the storyline was given: “Barbie faces an existential crisis in Barbie Land and leaves for the human world in search of true happiness.”

Nicki has been on a role lately when it comes to nabbing a spot on movie soundtracks. Back in March, she was heard in the trailer for Jennifer Lawrence’s new filmNo Hard Feelings, which hits theaters this summer.

The trailer for the film is soundtracked by Nicki Minaj’s chart-topping hit “Super Freaky Girl,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 last summer.

The film is produced by and stars Jennifer Lawrence, whose character Maddie is on the verge of losing her childhood home. While at work one day, Maddie discovers a job listing posted by parents looking for a potential suitor for their 19-year-old son, Percy, before he leaves for college. Chaos ensues from there.

As for Ice Spice, the Bronx-bred rap star is preparing to collaborate with Taylor Swift on a remix to her 2022 track, “Karma.” The song is expected to drop on Friday (May 26).

Lizzo has also been making waves. The flute-wielding pop star recently jammed out with Lisa Simpson while making her “dream” cameo in The Simpsons.
