“‘Opportunity’ is a diabolical word to use in reference to allowing your kids to spend time with you,” one social media user said.
Nick Cannon has ruffled the internet’s feathers after sharing his Father’s Day plans.
In a new interview with People, the comedian, who shares 11 kids with six women, revealed he wants to give his army of kiddos the “opportunity to connect” with him and surprise him with some tokens of their love for the special holiday.
“It’s supposed to be a day where I get to rest, but I want to give all my kids the opportunity to connect and give me gifts and all that type of stuff,” Cannon, 43, told the outlet on Monday. “It’s a fun day, and I appreciate all the love that I get on that day.”
Social media users flocked to X (formerly Twitter) to poke fun at the “Drumline” star’s comments regarding his unorthodox parenting arrangement.
Nick Cannon has a friggin meet and greet planned for all of his children to spend time with him on Father’s Day.
