The NBA took a day off on Thanksgiving, returning in full force one day later with multiple superstars putting on a show, including LeBron James.
James, 37, missed the previous five games for the Los Angeles Lakers (6-11) due to left knee soreness.
In his absence, Anthony Davis has been phenomenal, leading the Purple & Gold to a 3-2 record without King James.
Davis, 29, continued his dominance in James’ return, putting up 25 points on 10-for-13 shooting from the field and grabbing 15 rebounds to go with three blocks.
James shot 8-for-17 from the floor en route to 21 points, eight rebounds, five assists and three steals, enough to push the Lakers past the San Antonio Spurs (6-14) at AT&T Center.
