N.O.R.E. & DJ EFN CLEAR UP CHRIS ROCK’S CLAIM THEY CALLED WILL SMITH A ‘BITCH’
N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN have cleared the air regarding Chris Rock’s statement in his new standup special that they called Will Smith a “bitch.”
In a segment from the upcoming Drink Champs episode with special guest Joe Budden, the podcast crew reflected on Rock’s Selective Outrage special. One of the discussion topics was the comedian claiming the Drink Champs crew called Will Smith a bitch for the Oscars 2022 slapping incident.
According to N.O.R.E and EFN, Chris Rock’s claims couldn’t be further away from the truth as they didn’t call Will Smith a “bitch.”
The clip opens with N.O.R.E asking EFN and Joe Budden if they called Will Smith a bitch, and both men denied doing so. The Queens native then expressed his excitement over Chris Rock mentioning them in his joke before the clip cuts to the comedian’s bit.
“I don’t agree with anything he did, but I’m not calling another man a bitch,” Budden said. “I’m not going to do that, but Chris Rock said y’all did that. Drink Champs.”

EFN mentioned how Drink Champs was one of the last platforms Chris Rock named, but N.O.R.E explained how he liked the way the comedian included them.
“I love the way he named us because he put us in the rapper category, let’s make some noise for Chris Rock,” N.O.R.E. added.
Chris Rock’s Selective Outrage has been making its rounds since it premiered last weekend, and it’s been drawing all sorts of reactions from people. In his routine, Rock took aim at Will Smith, the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, and several other big-name celebrities such as Elon Musk, Meghan Markle and more.
One of the jokes that addressed the infamous slap had Chris Rock reveal that Will Smith inspired the name of the special. According to the comedian, Will directed his anger over Jada’s “entanglements” toward him, which led to the slap heard around the world.
“Will Smith practices ‘Selective Outrage,’” Rock explained. “Everybody who really knows, knows I had nothing to do with that shit. I didn’t have any ‘entanglements.’ His wife was fucking her son’s friend. I normally would not talk about this shit…
“I have no idea why two talented people would do something that fucking lowdown,” he continued. “We’ve all been cheated on. Everybody in here been cheated on. None of us has ever been interviewed by the person that cheated on us… on television. She hurt him way more than he hurt me.”
Chris Rock went on to tell the crowd that he attempted to reach out to Will Smith and offer his support following his now-infamous sit down on Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk.
“Everybody in the world called him a bitch,” he said, later referencing The Breakfast Club, Drink Champs, and other talk shows that poked fun at the situation. “I tried to call the motherfucker. I tried to call that man and give him my condolences. He didn’t pick up for me. Everybody called him a bitch and who does he hit? Me.”
