As reported yesterday, all Telecommunications are expected to appear before parliament to answer questions on their recent neck-breaking high data prices.
A new statement by the National Communications Authority (NCA) telling MTN Ghana to compensate their customers over their high data charges in recent times.
The statement dated 3rd December 2019 also indicates that during this period, MTN Ghana disabled their customer care line which made it impossible for customers to contact them to lodge their complaints. This is also another breach they must fix immediately.
