In a recent post on her twitter page, Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur Yvonne Nelson has said that most African leaders hide behind Parties and Manifestos to make empty promises.
It is not new to see most politicians promising heaven on earth during campaigns and manifestos to citizens in the bid of winning elections. As Ghana will be going to the polls very soon, we are likely to see more and more Politicians aspiring for various positions come on huge platforms and make unnecessary promises. Most of these promises go unfulfilled and citizens end up being disappointed.
The outspoken actress wrote on her Twitter page ; Most of #Africa’s leaders are the same….they just hide behind parties and manifestos which they hardly even fufill.
