Menzgold CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah’s court case has once again been adjourned.
The date on which he’ll reappear in court is December 23, 2019, even though NAM 1’s lawyers proposed that they want a long adjournment “preferably January.”
However, the Accra Circuit Court presided over by Her Honour Mrs Harriete Akweley Quaye said adjourning the case to January next year is not appropriate and asked them to take a date in December.
The prosecutor and defence team led by Andrew Twum who held brief for Lawyer Kwame Akuffo settled on December 23, 2019.
Nana Appiah Mensah, affectionately called NAM1 and three others have been charged with fraud.
Well, Ghanaian Millionaire Ibrah One has reacted to the current happenings. In an Instagram story, he advised Menzgold customers to simply forget about their monies and channel their energy in making some new monies.
He wrote:
“My dear Menzgold customers, it’s better you forget about your locked up money and channel your energy in making some new monies for yourself!
NAM 1’s court case will be dragged in court till 2022. Just another trick to escape paying you your monies.”

Ibrah also pointed out that when he was warning Menzgold customers about all these that are happening today some time back, they thought he was a devil. But now it is too late.
