Since the release of his debut project, the rapper hyped up the release of the project with numerous singles such as the anthemic “ESKETTIT” and the Kanye West-assisted, “I Love It” which came equipped with a ridiculous music video. The rapper also earned another Billboard Hot 100 entry for his collaboration with XXXTENTACION, “Arms Around You” which featured Swae Lee and Maluma.
Earlier this month, Lil Pump kicked the year off with his controversial single, “Butterfly Doors.” Pump previewed the song in December which included racial slurs directed towards Asians. After facing major backlash — including a diss track from a Chinese rapper — Pump apologized and removed the slurs from the recording.
