Highlife musician Kumi Guitar is calling for prayers for his boss Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as NAM 1 to return home safely.
CEO of defunct gold dealership company, Menzgold is currently in Dubai for some business deals. He recently won a court case in Dubai and was expected to be in the country to pay his customers but as at now, NAM 1 is still in Dubai and nobody knows when he will be coming to Ghana.
Commenting on the issue, Zylofon Music signee Kumi Guitar told host DJ Nyaami on SVTV Africa that, he knows a lot of Ghanaians are eagerly waiting for NAM 1 to return but they should also pray for him so he can come out victorious and return home safely to pay his customers.
“A lot of Ghanaians are expecting him to come down but I think we should pray because there is nothing stronger than prayers. We should pray that whatever is holding or stopping him from coming back home will come to an end so that he can return home and pay us our money or tell us something. So I’m just pleading to everybody to pray for him because he is a good man and I know that very well.
Asked when was the last he heard from NAM 1, he said “In November. Personally, I don’t hear from him lately, I do ask of him from the mum and siblings, so all the time there is that communication but as to talking to him personally no, I haven’t done that yet.
Kumi urged Ghanaians not give up on NAM 1 because he will soon return home to pay all the aggrieved Menzgold customer customers.
