The rapper heard that a teen created a campaign to help fellow students in her area.

Since he loves showing off his cash, Kodak Black might as well put it to good use. The rapper is known for his charitable causes, despite being at the center of some not so favorable headlinesthat he’s found himself in lately. Last year, he donated $10K toward early childhood education. Months later, he visited Paradise Childcare in Broward County, Florida and delivered presents while dressed up as Santa Claus. He even donated $5K for the business’ Christmas party. Kodak also announced that he planned on building a school in Haiti to help the less fortunate and after months of being sidetracked by drama and rap beefs, Kodak is once again focused on his good deeds crusade.

According to TMZ, Kodak heard about 14-year-old Paige Cook’s campaign to make sure that all 7,600 students in the Cleburne Independent School District had notebooks and pencils for the school year. Paige’s mother Angel told TMZ that her daughter’s goal was reachable, but they knew that they were going to need some help if they were going to be able to make it happen.

Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, told the publication that the Florida rapper was more than happy to pick up the $12,500 tab to make sure that the students, the majority of whom come from low-income families, would have what they needed to start their school year on the right foot.
