Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel has sued Vanguard newspaper for a whooping N100 million over what he referred to as a “malicious publication”.

The newspaper reported sometime last week that Kizz Daniel had attacked celebrities who slammed Pastor Fatoyinbo after he was accused of rape by Busola Dakolo.

In their report, they claimed that the “madu” hitmaker had granted an interview and called the celebrities “brainless” for attacking the Pastor without hearing his side of the story first.

He has however taken action against the newspaper and has demanded a public apology, a withdrawal of publication and a sum of N100 million for damages caused.
